এই ব্লগের সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক অংশ কপি করে অন্য কোনো সাইট বিশেষ করে যেকোনো ম্যাট্রিমনি ব্লগে পাবলিশ করলে তার বিরুদ্ধে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হবে।

বছর ঘুরে আবারো এসেছে মাহে রমজান। শুরু হয়েছে মুমিনের সিয়াম সাধন। প্রত্যেক মুমিন এই পবিত্র মাসের প্রতিটি মুহূর্তকে কাজে লাগিয়ে নিজেকে জান্নাতী করার জন্য আপ্রাণ চেষ্টা চলায়। এ মাস যেহেতু রহমত, মাগফেরাত ও নাজাতের মাস সেহেতু এ মাসের রহমত, মাগফেরাত ও নাজাত লাভ করে নিজেকে ধন্য করতে মুমিন সদা ব্যস্ত থাকে। সিয়াম সাধনার মাধ্যমে আল্লাহতায়ালার নৈকট্য অর্জন করাই হলো রমজানের অন্যতম লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্য। এ প্রসঙ্গে কোরআন কারিমে ইরশাদ হচ্ছে,

হে ঈমানদারগণ! তোমাদের ওপর রোজা ফরজ করা হয়েছে, যেরূপ ফরজ করা হয়েছিল তোমাদের পূর্ববর্তী লোকদের ওপর, যেন তোমরা পরহেজগারি অর্জন করতে পার

পবিত্র রমজান মাসের আমল গুলো নিচে বিস্তারিত আলোচনা করা হলো।

নিয়মিত নামাজ কায়েম করা এবং তারাবী নামাজ আদায় করা

রমজান মাসের আমল হলো সিয়াম পালন। মাহে রমজানের আরেকটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আমল হলো তারাবী নামায। তারাবী নামাজ মহান আল্লাহ্‌ রাব্বুল আলামিনের নৈকট্য লাভের একটি অন্যতম মাধ্যম। রমজান মাসব্যাপী তারাবী নামাজ মুমিনকে গুনাহ মাফের সুযোগ করে দেয়। তারাবী সালাত তার হক আদায় করে অর্থাৎ ধীরস্থীরভাবে আদায় করতে হবে। রাসূল (সা)  বলেছেন-

আদর্শ জীবনসঙ্গী খুঁজতে

যে ব্যক্তি রমযান মাসের রাত্রে ঈমান ও আত্মসমালোচনা সহকারে নামায আদায় করে, তার অতীতের সকল গুনাহ মাফ করে দেয়া হয়

রমজান মাসের আমল- নিয়মিত পবিত্র কোরআন তেলাওয়াত করা

রোজা এবং রমজান মাসের সঙ্গে পবিত্র কোরআনের গভীর সম্পর্ক রয়েছে। নবী করিম (সা) রমজান মাসের আমল হিসেবে সবাইকে কোরআন তেলাওয়াতের উৎসাহ দিতেন। রাসূল (সা), তাঁর সাহাবীগণ এবং পরবর্তী যুগের সব মনীষী রমজান মাসে কোরআনচর্চা বাড়িয়ে দিতেন এবং বছরের কোনো সময় তাঁরা কোরআন চর্চা থেকে একেবারেই বিরত থাকতেন না। কোরআন পড়া মানে হচ্ছে মহান আল্লাহ রাব্বুল আলামিনের সাথে কথা বলা। আল্লাহ্‌ তায়ালা যাবতীয় আদেশ নির্দেশ হুকুম কোরআন এ দিয়েছেন। তাই কোরআন তেলাওয়াত করার কোনো বিকল্প নাই। যারা রমজান মাসে কোরআন তেলাওয়াতে ব্যস্ত থাকে তাদের কে মহানবী হযরত মুহাম্মাদ (সা) সুসংবাদ দিয়েছেন। তিনি বলেন-

রোযা এবং কোরআন কিয়ামতের দিন বান্দার জন্য সুপারিশ করবে। রোজা বলবে, হে রব, আমি তাকে খাদ্য এবং যৌন সম্ভোগ থেকে বিরত রেখেছি, অতএব তার ব্যাপারে আমার সুপারিশ গ্রহণ করুন। কোরআন বলবে, আমি তাকে রাতের ঘুম থেকে বিরত রেখেছি (অর্থাৎ না ঘুমিয়ে সে তেলাওয়াত করেছে) অতএব তার ব্যাপারে আমার সুপারিশ গ্রহণ করুন। অতঃপর তাদের সুপারিশ গ্রহণ করা হবে।

সুতরাং রমজান মাসের আমল হিসেবে বেশি বেশি কুরআন মজীদ তেলাওয়াত করা আবশ্যক। অনুবাদ ও তাফসীর সহ পড়ার জন্য সচেষ্ট হওয়া কর্তব্য। সহীহ শুদ্ধভাবে তিলাওয়াত করার প্রশিক্ষণ নেয়ার মূখ্য সময় এ মাস। কুরআন মাজীদের একটি অক্ষর রমজান মাস ছাড়া অন্য সময়ে তিলাওয়াত করলেই তো ১০টি নেকী পাওয়া যায়। অতএব, রমযানে পড়লে কত বেশী নেকী পাওয়া যাবে তা চিন্তা করে অধিক পরিমাণে কুরআন তিলাওয়াত করা উচিত।

নিজে ইফতার করা এবং অন্য রোজাদারকে ইফতার করানো

রমজান মাসের একটি বিশেষ আমল হল হালাল খাবার দিয়ে নিজে ইফতার করা এবং অন্য মুসলিম রোজাদারকে ইফতার করানো। রমজান মাসের এই আমল এর জন্য ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে বড় পুরস্কার। রমজান মাসে সূর্য ডোবার সাথে সাথেই তাড়াতাড়ি ইফতার করা মুস্তাহাব। যেহেতু অনেক বরকতের তাই এই বরকতপূর্ণ আমল শুরু করতে বিলম্ব করতে নিষেধ করা হয়েছে। রাসূল (সা) বলেন-

যে ব্যক্তি কোনো রোজাদারকে ইফতার করাবে, সে ওই সিয়াম পালনকারীর সমপরিমাণ সওয়াব লাভ করবে। এবং সিয়াম পালনকারী সওয়াব থেকে কোনো প্রকার কমতি বা ঘাটতি হবে না

খেজুর দিয়ে ইফতার করা মুস্তাহাব। খেজুর না পেলে পানি দ্বারা ইফতার করা ভালো। রাসূল (সা) মাগরিবের নামাজ পড়ার আগে তাজা খেজুর দিয়ে ইফতার করতেন। তাজা খেজুর না পেলে শুকনা খেজুর দ্বারা ইফতার করতেন। আর তাও না পেলে এক ঢোক পানি দ্বারা ইফতার করতেন। তিনি বলেন-

লোকেরা যতদিন প্রথম সময়ে ইফতার করার বিষয়ে যত্নবান হবে ততদিন তারা কল্যাণের পথে থাকবে

রমজান মাসের আমল- সময়মতো সাহরী খাওয়া

রমজান মাসে সাহরী খাওয়ার মধ্যে বরকত রয়েছে এবং সিয়াম পালনে এটি একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়। সাহরী হলো বরকতময় খাবার, সাহরী খাওয়া সুন্নত। মহানবী (সা) বলেন-

এক ঢোক পানি পান করে হলেও সাহরী খেয়ে নাও। কেননা সাহরীর খাবার গ্রহণকারীকে আল্লাহ তায়ালা ও তাঁর ফেরেশতারা স্মরণ করে থাকেন

অনেকে আছেন সাহরি না খেয়ে বা অনেক আগেই খেয়ে শুয়ে পড়েন। ইহুদি ও খ্রিস্টানরা সাহরি খায় না। তাই আমাদের ও আহেলে কিতাবিদের রোজার মাঝে পার্থক্য হল সাহরি খাওয়া। তাই আমরা যেন নিয়ম করে সাহরি খেতে ভুলে না যাই। সুবহে সাদেকের কাছাকাছি সময়ে সাহরী খাওয়া মুস্তাহাব। তবে এত দেরি করা মাকরূহ- যে সুবহে সাদেক হয়ে যাওয়ার আশঙ্কা হয়।

রমজানের শেষ ১০ দিন ইতেকাফ করা

রমজান মাসে অপর একটি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ আমল হলো ইতেকাফ করা। রমজানের শেষ ১০ দিন ইতিকাফ করা সুন্নাতে মুয়াককাদা আলাল কেফায়াহ। সবার পক্ষ থেকে যে কেউ একজন তা করলে আদায় হয়ে যাবে নচেৎ এ দায়দায়িত্ব সবার ওপর পড়বে। নবী করিম (সা.) রমজান মাসের শেষ ১০ দিন নিয়মিত ইতেকাফ করতেন। ইতেকাফ করলে অনেক সাওয়াব পাওয়া যায়। হযরত মুহাম্মাদ (সা) বলেন-

যে ব্যক্তি রমজান মাসের শেষ ১০ দিন ইতেকাফ করবে, সে দুটি হজ্ব ও দুটি ওমরা হজ্বের সাওয়াব পাবে। হাদিস শরিফে আরও বর্ণিত আছে, যে ব্যক্তি খালেছ নিয়তে এবং দৃঢ় ইমানের সঙ্গে সওয়াবের আশায় ইতেকাফ করবে তার আগের সমস্ত (ছগিরা) গুনাহ মাফ করে দেয়া হবে।

পুরুষরা মসজিদে এবং স্ত্রী লোকেরা আপন ঘরে একটি স্থান ঘিরে নিয়ে তথায় ইতেকাফ করবে।

রমজান মাসের আমল- লাইলাতুল কদর তালাশ করা

রমজান মাসের শেষ দশ দিনে রয়েছে মহিমান্বিত রজনী লাইলাতুল কদর যা হাজার মাসের চেয়েও উত্তম। রমজান মাসের আমল হিসেবে এই রাতে ইবাদত-বন্দেগি হাজার মাস ইবাদতের চেয়েও উত্তম। আল্লাহ্‌ রাব্বুল আলামিনের সন্তুষ্টি অর্জনের জন্য ইবাদত-বন্দেগির মাধ্যমে শবে কদর তালাশ করা মুমিনের অন্যতম কর্তব্য। এই রাতেই আল্লাহ্‌ তাআলা বান্দাদের ভাগ্য লিপিবদ্ধ করেন। এ রাতে ফেরেশতা ও জিবরাঈল (আ) তাদের পালনকর্তার আদেশক্রমে প্রত্যেক মঙ্গলময় বস্ত্ত নিয়ে পৃথিবীতে অবতরণ করে। এবং এ রাতের আগাগোড়া শান্তি ফজর হওয়া পর্যন্ত অব্যাহত থাকে।

বেশি বেশি যাকাত ও দান-সদকা করা

রমজান মাসে রোজা রাখা, নামাজ পড়া এবং পবিত্র কোরআন তেলাওয়াত করার পাশাপাশি দান সদকার মাধ্যমে অশেষ নেকি অর্জন করা যায়। রাসূল (সা) পবিত্র রমজান মাসে বেশি বেশি দান খয়রাত করতেন। তাই আমাদেরও উচিত রমজান মাসের আমল হিসেবে যাকাত ও দান-সদকা করা। রাসূল (সা) বলেন-

যে ব্যক্তি কোন রোযাদারকে পানি পান করাবে তাকে আল্লাহ তায়ালা কিয়ামতের দিন হাউজে কাওসার থেকে পানি পান করাবেন, যার ফলে জান্নাতে যাওয়ার পূর্ব পর্যন্ত সে পিপাসার্ত হবে না

রমজান মাসে প্রতিটি ফরজ আদায়ের সওয়াব আল্লাহ্ পাক ৭০ গুণ বাড়িয়ে দেন। তাই রোজার মাসে আমরা ইচ্ছা করলেই বেশি বেশি দান-খয়রাত করতে পারি। এ সময়ের দানকে অন্য সময়ের চেয়ে অনেক বেশি বরকতময় বলা হয়েছে।

বেশি বেশি তওবা ও ইস্তেগফার করা

রমজান মান নিজের যাবতীয় গুনাহের জন্য তওবা করা ও মহান রাব্বুল আলামিনের দরবারে ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করার উত্তম সময়। তওবা ও ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা করলে আল্লাহ্ পাক খুশী হন। যে ব্যক্তি রমযান পেয়েও নিজের গুনাহসমূহ ক্ষমা করাতে পারল না তার উপর হযরত জিবরাঈল (আ) ও দয়ার নবী হযরত মুহাম্মাদ (সা) অভিসম্পাত করেছেন। ইফতার ও তাহাজ্জুদের সময় আল্লাহ তাআলার দরবারে ক্ষমা চাওয়া এবং দুআ করা উচিত। রাসূল (সা) বলেন-

হে মানবসকল! তোমরা আল্লাহ্‌র নিকট তওবা এবং ক্ষমা প্রার্থনা কর

মানুষ যতক্ষণ না তার কৃত গুনাহগুলো সম্পর্কে সচেতন হবে ততক্ষণ সে সেগুলো পূরণে অগ্রসর হতে পারবে না এবং আগামীতে সেগুলো থেকে দূরে সরার সিদ্ধান্তও নিতে পারবে না। তাই এই মোসে বেশি বেশি তওবা ও ইস্তেগফার করা জরুরী।

রমজান মাসে ব্যবসায়ীদের করণীয়

ইসলাম হালাল রিজিক তালাশ করার ব্যাপারে উৎসাহ দিয়েছে। রাসূল (সা) বলেছেন,

হালাল উপার্জন করা অন্যান্য ফরজ ইবাদতের পর ফরজ

সকল নবী-রাসূল হালাল উপার্জন করতেন। আর হালাল উপার্জনের সকল যে সকল কাজ আছে, তন্মধ্যে শ্রেষ্ঠ কাজ হলো ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্য করা। ব্যবসায়ীদের মর্যাদা সম্পর্কে রাসূল (সা) বলেন-

সত্যবাদী ও আমানতদার ব্যবসায়ী কিয়ামতের দিন নবী, সিদ্দীক ও শহীদগণের সাথে জান্নাতী হবেন

পবিত্র রমজান মাস বাণিজ্যেরও একটি মৌসুম। মাহে রমজানকে কেন্দ্র করে মুসলিম সমাজে সেহরী, ইফতারসহ অন্যান্য ব্যবসা ব্যাপকভাবে করা হয়। আর রমজান এলেই আমাদের দেশের কিছু ব্যবসায়ীরা বেশি লাভের আশায় বেপরোয়া হয়ে যান। মিথ্যা শপথ করা, ওজনে কম দেওয়া, দাম বাড়িয়ে দেওয়া, মুজুতদারী করা, খাদ্যে ভেজাল দেওয়া ইত্যাদি কাজ এই রমজান মাসেই হয় বেশি। ইসলাম ব্যবসায়ীদেরকে এ সকল গর্হিত কাজ থেকে বিরত থাকার নির্দেশ দিয়েছে। আল্লাহ পাক বলেছেন,

তোমরা সত্যের সাথে মিথ্যার মিশ্রণ করো না এবং জেনে-শুনে সত্যকে গোপন করো না

সুতরাং ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্যে কখনও ওজনে কম দেওয়া যাবে না, ধোকা ও প্রতারণা করা যাবে না। রমজানে ব্যবসায়ীদেরকেও সংযমের শিক্ষা গ্রহণ করতে হবে।

পবিত্র রমজানে বর্জনীয় কাজ   

রমজান মাস হলো কল্যাণ ও বরকতের মাস। রমজান মাসে আমল করার পাশাপাশি তাকওয়া অর্জনের এই মাসে বর্জনীয় বিষয়গুলো থেকে সতর্কভাবে দূরে থাকা জরুরি। মহানবী (সা) সবসময় গুনাহ থেকে বেঁচে থাকার তাগিদ দিয়েছেন। রোজা রাখা অবস্থায় গুনাহ করলে রোযার রাখার ফরজ যদিও আদায় হয়ে যায় কিন্তু রোযার নূর ও রুহানিয়াত একেবারে বরবাদ হয়ে যায়। কোরআন ও সুন্নাহর আলোকে আসুন আমরা জেনে নিই রমজানে কোন কোন কাজগুলো বর্জন করা উচিত।

রমজান মাসের আমল- অন্যের গীবত না করা

একজন মুমিন হিসেবে রমজান মাসে অবশ্যই অন্যের গীবত করা থেকে বেঁচে থাকতে হবে। গীবত হলো আপনি একজন মুসলিমের সামনে আরেকজন মুসলিমের সম্পর্কে এমন কিছু বললেন যা তার কাছে অপছন্দনীয়। আমাদের সমাজে এখন অন্যের নামে কুৎসা রটনা করা খুবই স্বাভাবিক হয়ে গেছে। দেখা যায় দু’-চারজন মানুষ একসঙ্গে হলেই অনুপস্থিত একজনের নামে গীবত শুরু হয়ে যায়। গীবতের কারণে কখন যে আপনার আমল ধ্বংস হয়ে যাবে তা বুঝতেই পারবেন না। গীবত জিনার চেয়েও জঘন্যতম গুনাহ। তাই গীবত পরিহার উচিত। মহানবী (সা) বলেছেন,

গীবত হলো আপন মৃত ভাইয়ের গোশত খাওয়ার সমান অপরাধ। গীবতকারী ও গীবত শ্রবণকারী উভয় গোনাহের অংশীদার হয়

এছাড়া রোজা রেখে মিথ্যা কথা বলা, বেহুদা ও অশ্লীল কথাবার্তা, ঝগড়া-বিবাদ ইত্যাদি থেকে দূরে থাকতে হবে। রোজা মানুষের চরিত্রের জন্য ঢালস্বরূপ। তাই পবিত্র রমজান মাসে রোজাদারের উচিত অশ্লীল বা মূর্খতার কথা-বার্তা, ঠাট্টা-বিদ্রূপ প্রভৃতি না করা।

নিজের চোখ ও অন্যান্য অঙ্গ প্রত্যঙ্গকে হেফাজত করা

রমজান মাস মুসলিমদের জন্য সংযমের মাস। রোযা রাখা মানে শুধু না খেয়ে থাকা নয়, বরং যাবতীয় অন্যায় ও পাপাচার থেকে নিজের শরীর ও মনকে সংযত রাখাই হলো রোযার মাহাত্ম্য। রোযা রেখে সবার আগে নিজের চোখকে সংযত করতে হবে। খেয়াল রাখতে হবে   যেনো কোনো খারাপ কাজে দৃষ্টি না হয়, বেগানা মহিলার প্রতি দৃষ্টি না পড়ে এবং কোনো নাজায়েজ কাজের দিকেও যেনো দৃষ্টি না পড়ে। রোজা অবস্থায় বেফায়দা অনর্থক কোনো কথা বলা যাবে না।

চোখের পাশাপাশি শরীরের অন্যান্য অঙ্গ-প্রত্যঙ্গকেও হেফাজত করতে হবে। যেমন নাজায়েজ বা হারাম বস্তু ধরা যাবে না, নাজায়েজ বা হারাম কাজে লিপ্ত হওয়া যাবে না, এবং ইফতারের সময় পেটকে হারাম খাবার থেকে বিরত রাখতে হবে। যে ব্যক্তি রোজা রেখে হারাম খাবার খায়, তার অবস্থা ওই ব্যক্তির মতো যে কোনো রোগের জন্য ওষুধ ব্যবহার করে, কিন্তু তার সঙ্গে সামান্য বিষও মিশিয়ে নেয়। ফলে ওষুধ তার রোগের জন্য উপকারী হলেও পাশাপাশি বিষ তাকে ধ্বংস করে দেবে।

রমজান মাসের আমল- সর্বধরনের পাপাচার বর্জন করা

রমযান তাকওয়া অর্জনের মাস, নিজেকে পবিত্র ও গোনাহমুক্ত করার মাস। রোজা সবার মধ্যে যাবতীয় ভালো কাজের অভ্যাস গড়ে তুলতে সাহায্য করে। রোজার সময় সারা দিন পানাহার থেকে বিরত থাকলে অভাবী ও দরিদ্র মানুষের অভাব ও কষ্ট বোঝার ক্ষমতা তৈরি হয়। রোজার মাসে সুদ, ঘুষ, ধোঁকাবাজি, জুলুম, নিপীড়ন সম্পূর্ণরূপে নিষিদ্ধ। এছাড়া রমজান মাসে টিভি ও মোবাইল স্ক্রিন থেকে যতটা সম্ভব দূরে থাকুন। স্মার্টফোন থেকে ইউটিউব, ফেসবুক, টিকটক, ইন্সটাগ্রামসহ যাবতীয় সামাজিক যোগাযোগ মাধ্যমের ব্যবহার এড়িয়ে চলুন। সারাদিন কম্পিউটারে, মোবাইলে গেমস খেলা অবশ্যই একটা বর্জনীয় কাজ। রমজান মাসের আমল হিসেবে বিনোদন একটু কম করাই ভালো। সিনেমা, গান ইত্যাদি না দেখাই ভালো।

যেসব কারণে রোজা মাকরূহ হয়

যেসব কারণে রোজা মাকরূহ হয় সেগুলো জেনে নিন-

  • চিবিয়ে কোনো বস্তুর স্বাদ বা গ্রহণ করা
  • গোসল ফরজ অবস্থায় গোসল না করে থাকা
  • শরীরের কোথাও শিঙ্গা ব্যবহার করা বা রক্তপাত করানো
  • পরনিন্দা করা
  • ঝগড়াা করা
  • ঠোঁটে রঙ্গিন কোনো বস্তু লাগানো যা মুখের ভেতর চলে যাওয়ার আশংকা রয়েছে
  • রোযা অবস্থায় দাঁত উঠানো বা দাঁতে ঔষধ ব্যবহার করা মাকরূপ। তবে একান্ত প্রয়োজনে তা জায়েয

যে সকল কারণে রোজা ভাঙ্গে না এবং মাকরূহ হয় না

কিছু কিছু কাজে অনেকে সন্দিহান থাকেন যে তার রোজা ভেঙ্গে গেলো কিনা। নিচের কাজগুলোর জন্য যে সকল কারণে রোজা ভঙ্গ হয় না এবং মাকরূহ হয় না

  • মেসওয়াক করা
  • শরীর, মাথা, দাড়ি এবং গোঁফে তেল লাগানো অথবা মেহেদী লাগানো
  • চোখে সুরমা বা ঔষধ লাগানো
  • খুশবু লাগানো বা তার ঘ্রাণ নেয়া
  • ভূলে কিছু পান করা, আহার করা
  • অনিচ্ছাবশত: গলার মধ্যে ধোঁয়া, ধুলা-বালি, শশা-মাছি ইত্যাদি প্রবেশ করা
  • কানে পানি দেয়া বা অনিচ্ছাবশত পানি চলে যাওয়া
  • অনিচ্ছাকৃতভাবে বমি করা
  • স্বপ্নদোষ হওয়া
  • থুথু আসলে গিলে ফেলা
  • ইনজেকশন বা টিকা নেয়া
  • সাপ ইত্যাদি দংশন করলে

যে সকল কারণে রোযা ভেঙ্গে যায়

অনেক কাজ রয়েছে যেগুলো করলে রোজা ভঙ্গ হয় এবং কাযা ও কাফ্ফারা উভয় ওয়াজিব হয়-

  • রোযা রেখে ইচ্ছাকৃতভাবে পানাহার করা
  • ইচ্ছাকৃত স্ত্রী সহবাস করলে। এতে স্বামী স্ত্রী উভয়ের উপর কাযা ও কাফ্ফারা ওয়াজিব হবে
