স্বামী এবং স্ত্রী দুজনে মিলে তবেই একটি দাম্পত্য সংসার পরিপূর্ণ হয়। স্ত্রীকে বলা হয় স্বামীর অর্ধাঙ্গিনী। কারো জীবনের অর্ধেক অংশ জুড়ে থাকা কিন্তু খুব সহজ কথা না। সংসারকে শান্তিপূর্ণ করে তুলতে স্বামী-স্ত্রী দুজনের ভূমিকাই বেশ গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। প্রকৃত ভালোবাসা থাকলে সবার স্ত্রীর চেয়ে নিজের স্ত্রীকে সবচেয়ে বেশী গুণবতী নারী বলে মনে হয়। তবে স্ত্রীর কিছু কিছু গুণ থাকে যেগুলো স্বামীরা ভীষণ পছন্দ করে থাকে-
ইসলামের আলোকে জীবনযাপন করুন
স্ত্রীর উচিত সবসময় গোমরা মুখে না থেকে হাস্যোজ্জ্বল থাকা। আপনার স্বামী দরিদ্র হলেও তার দরিদ্রতার ওপর ধৈর্য ধারণ করুন এবং সম্পদশালী হলে অবশ্যই তার সম্পদের কৃতজ্ঞতা প্রকাশ করুন। সত্য কথা বলার মাধ্যমে নিজেকে সুশোভিত একজন আদর্শ স্ত্রীর সর্বোত্তম গুণ। একই ভুল বারবার না করা এবং ভুল করে ফেললে যাতে সে ভুল যাতে সংঘটিত না হয় সে ক্ষেত্রে সতর্ক থাকবেন।
সংসারের কাজগুলো মন দিয়ে করুন
একজন সংসারী মেয়েকে স্বামী সহ শ্বশুরবাড়ির পরিবারের সবাই খুব পছন্দ করে। সত্যি বলতে কি, মেয়েরা যত নিখুঁতভাবে সংসার গুছিয়ে রাখতে পারেন, ছেলেরা ততটা পারেন না। মনে রাখবেন, আপনি কাজগুলো যত দক্ষতার সঙ্গে সামলাতে পারবেন, আপনার সংসারে তত সুখ, শান্তি ও সমৃদ্ধি বিরাজ করবে। আপনার এই দক্ষতার জন্য আপনার স্বামীর জীবন হয়ে উঠবে পরিপূর্ণ, সেই সাথে আপনিও সমাজ-সংসারে বিশেষ সম্মান লাভ করবেন।
সারাদিন সংসারের কাজ শেষ করে আপনার স্বামী বাসায় ফেরার আগে নিজেকে কিছুটা সময় নিয়ে সুন্দরভাবে রেডি করুন। স্বাভাবিকভাবেই আপনার স্বামী ক্লান্ত হয়ে বাসায় ফেরার পর চাইবেন একটু ভালো থাকতে। তাই আপনি যদি সুন্দরভাবে থাকেন তাহলে দেখবেন জামাইয়ের মন এমনিতেই ভালো হয়ে যাবে আপনাকে দেখে।
আদর্শ জীবনসঙ্গী খুঁজতে
মিষ্টি ভাষায় কথা বলুন
মুখের কথা দিয়ে কেবল সংসার কেন, পুরো বিশ্বটাই জয় করে নেয়া যায়। সবসময় চেষ্টা করুন সবার সঙ্গে খুব ভালোভাবে কথা বলতে আর কারো সঙ্গে খারাপ ব্যবহার করবেন না। তাই বলে অপ্রয়োজনীয় কোন কথা বা কাজ মোটেই করবেন না। স্বামী যখন পাশে থাকবেন তখন নিজের সম্পূর্ণ সময় ও মনোযোগ তাঁকে দিন। আপনার স্বামী যদি কম কথা বলেন তাহলে তার পুরো কথা না শুনেই রিঅ্যাক্ট করবেন না। শান্ত মাথায় স্বামীর মনের কথা শুনুন, তার সাথে সুখ-দুঃখ শেয়ার করে নিন।
স্বামী ও তার পরিবারকে আপন করে নিন
বিয়ের পর আপনি নতুন একটি পরিবারে যাবেন। নতুন বাড়িতে এসে নতুন পরিবারের সবকিছুর সঙ্গে মিলেমিশে থাকার চেষ্টা করন। লাভ ম্যারেজ হোক বা অ্যারেঞ্জ, সবসময় স্বামীকে শ্রদ্ধা করবেন এবং রাখেন এবং তার নির্দেশ মেনে চলার চেষ্টা করবেন। স্বামী কে অযথা সন্দেহ করবেন না এবং ভুল ছাড়া অকারণে ঝগড়া করবেন না। শ্বশুরবাড়ির মানুষগুলোর কোনো দোষ-ত্রুটি স্বামীর সাথে আলাপ না করাই ভালো। নিজের সংসারটাকে গুছিয়ে রাখুন, দুজনেই ভালো থাকবেন, নিজেদের মধ্যেও ভালোবাসা বাড়বে।
স্বামীর পছন্দের খাবার রান্না করুন
বেশীরভাগ স্বামীরাই ভোজনরসিক হয়ে থাকেন, নিজের স্ত্রীর হাতের রান্না খেতে তারা খুব ভালোবাসেন। তাই আপনি যখন স্বামীর পছন্দের খাবার রান্না করবেন, তখন দেখেবেন প্রিয় মানুষটি কত খুশি হয়েছেন আপনার উপর। রান্নার পাশাপাশি আপনার দায়িত্ব হল ঘর-দোর খুব সুন্দর করে গুছিয়ে রাখা। বাইরে থেকে কেউ আসার পর যদি সব কিছু পরিপাটি আর গোছানো দেখে তখন এমনিতেই মন ভালো হয়ে যায়।
স্বামী কে কিছুটা সময় নিজের মত থাকতে দিন
দিনশেষে স্বামী অফিস থেকে বাসায় আসার সাথে সাথে- আসতে এতো দেরি হলো কেন, সারাদিন ফোন করেনি কেন ইত্যাদি বিষয় নিয়ে ঝগড়া শুরু করবেন না। এগুলো নিয়ে পরে ঠাণ্ডা মাথায় আলোচনা করা যাবে, তাই বাসায় ঢোকার সাথে সাথেই স্বামীর সাথে যুদ্ধে ঝাঁপিয়ে পড়বেন না। আবার সারা সপ্তাহ কাজ করার পর ছুটির দিনে কেন শপিংয়ে অথবা ঘুরতে যেতে চাচ্ছে না ইত্যাদি অভিযোগ না করাই ভালো। বেশ কিছুদিন টানা কাজ করার পর মানুষ একটু বিশ্রাম নিতে চায়, নিজের মত করে কিছুটা সময় পার করতে চায়। তাই নিজের জায়গা বুঝে সবকিছু করুন, স্বামীকে কিছুটা সময় নিজের মত থাকতে দিন
স্বামী এর সাথে সম্পর্ক
স্বামী যদি অফিসে থাকেন বা কাজের জন্য দূরে থাকেন তখন নিয়মিত তার খোঁজ-খবর নিন। এতে করে স্বামী-স্ত্রী ভালবাসা প্রকাশ পায় আর স্বামীও এতে যথেষ্ট খুশি হন। অনেক স্ত্রী এই ঝগড়ার ভয়ে স্বামীর কাছ থেকে অনেক কথা লুকিয়ে রাখে, এমনটাও করবেন না। আপনার স্বামীকে তার ভালো কিংবা খারাপ যেকোনো সময়েই সঙ্গ দিন। আর তার সমস্যাগুলো নিয়ে আলোচনা করুন, নির্ভয়ে নিজের মতো সমাধান দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করুন। যখন যাই করবেন ভেবেচিন্তে করুন। এমন কোনো কাজ করবেন না যাতে করে পরিবারের মর্যাদাহানি হয়।
ভালোবাসা অটুট থাকুক সবসময়
আপনি সু’খে থাকুন কিংবা দুঃখ পান, যেকোনো অবস্থাতেই স্বামীর সাথে অকপটে নিজের অনুভূতি প্রকাশ করুন। আপনি যদি আপনার অনুভূতি গুলো আপনার স্বামীর সাথে শেয়ার করতে না পারেন তাহলে সে হয়তো আপনার সম্পর্কে ভুল ধারণা পোষণ করতে পারে। তাই অনুভূতি যাই থাকুক তা জামাইয়ের সাথে শেয়ার করুন। সারাদিন খাটুনির সে যখন বিশ্রাম তার বুকে মাথা রেখে হাত দিয়ে জড়িয়ে ধরে শুয়ে থাকুন, ভালো লাগবে। আপনার এমন অভ্যাস আপনার স্বামীও বেশ পছন্দ করবে, ভালোবাসাটাও হবে একদম জমে ক্ষীর!
আদর্শ স্ত্রীর গুণাবলী সম্পর্কে ইসলাম কি বলে?
মহান রাব্বুল আলামিন হজরত আদম (আ) কে সৃষ্টি করার পর তার নিঃসঙ্গতা দূর করার জন্য হজরত হাওয়া (আ) কে সৃষ্টি করেছিলেন, মানব সৃষ্টির ক্রমধারা অব্যাহত রাখাও ছিল আল্লাহ্ তাআলার উদ্দেশ্য। , নারী-পুরুষ একে অপরের পরিপূরক। এ প্রসঙ্গে আল্লাহর বাণী-
‘তারা তোমাদের পরিচ্ছদ এবং তোমরা তাদের পরিচ্ছদ।’
(সূরা বাকারা: ১৮৭)
তিনি আরও বলেন-
‘আর এক নিদর্শন এই যে, তিনি তোমাদের জন্য তোমাদের মধ্য থেকে তোমাদের সঙ্গিনীদের সৃষ্টি করেছেন, যাতে তোমরা তাদের কাছে শান্তিতে থাক এবং তিনি তোমাদের মধ্যে পারস্পরিক সম্প্রীতি ও দয়া সৃষ্টি করেছেন। নিশ্চয়ই এতে চিন্তাশীল লোকদের জন্য নিদর্শনাবলি রয়েছে।’
(সূরা রুম : ২১)
হযরত আবদুর রহমান ইবনে আউফ রা. থেকে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন- রাসূলুল্লাহ সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম বলেন,
‘যে নারী পাঁচ ওয়াক্ত নামায আদায় করে, রমযান মাসের রোযা রাখে, লজ্জাস্থানের হেফাযত করে এবং স্বামীর অনুগত থাকে তাকে বলা হবে তুমি যে দরজা দিয়ে চাও জান্নাতে প্রবেশ কর।’
(মুসনাদে আহমদ: ১৬৬১)
একজন আদর্শ স্ত্রী প্রকাশ্য বা গোপন, যেকোন অবস্থায় মহান আল্লাহ তায়ালা এবং হযরত মুহাম্মাদ (সা) এর আদর্শ অনুসরণ ও অনুকরণ করবেন। আদর্শ স্ত্রী নিজেকে স্বামীর অবর্তমানে সর্বাবস্থায় সংরক্ষণ ও সংবরণ করবেন। একজন স্ত্রী তার স্বামীর অনুমতি ছাড়া বাড়ির বাইরে বের হবেন না এবং তার প্রতি সবসময় সম্মান ও ভালোবাসা প্রদর্শন করবেন।
হজরত আবু হুরায়রা (রা) থেকে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.) এরশাদ করেছেন,
আমি যদি কাউকে অন্য লোকের প্রতি সেজদা করার নির্দেশ দিতাম তাহলে অবশ্যই স্ত্রীকে তার স্বামীর প্রতি সেজদা করার নির্দেশ দিতাম।
(তিরমিজি : ১১৫৯; ইবনে মাজাহ : ১৮৫৩)
আদর্শ স্ত্রী তার স্বামী কে সন্তুষ্ট রাখবেন। হজরত উম্মে সালমা (রা) থেকে বর্ণিত, তিনি বলেন, রাসুলুল্লাহ (সা.) এরশাদ করেছেন,
স্ত্রীর প্রতি তার স্বামী সন্তুষ্ট ও খুশি থাকা অবস্থায় কোনো স্ত্রীলোক মারা গেলে সে জান্নাতে প্রবেশ করবে।
(রিয়াদুস সালেহিন: ২৯২)
সবশেষে
কারো জীবনের অর্ধাঙ্গী হওয়ার জন্য হওয়া চাই বিশ্বাস আর তাকে ভালোবাসার মতো ক্ষ’মতা। সংসারের যাবতীয় কাজ ছাড়াও আরও কিছু আবশ্যক কাজের মধ্য দিয়ে আপনি হয়ে উঠতে পারেন একজন আদর্শ স্ত্রী। আর হ্যাঁ আপনাকেই বলছি, স্বামী হিসেবে আপনিও যদি আপনার স্ত্রীকে সাহায্য করেনেআর যথেষ্ট সময় দেন তাহলে স্ত্রীর চোখে আপনার সম্মান আরো বেড়ে যাবে, দেখবেন সে আপনাকে আগের থেকেও আরও বেশী ভালোবাসবে।
